I’m very proud to receive 2nd place in the Women Category 4 Northern California Nevada Cycling Association in 2016. Many thanks to NCNCA for supporting all of these races and for this awesome prize of a trophy and $25 cash!
The 2016 cycling season was a total whirlwind. It started rocky with some injuries in the first race of the Early Bird series, but ended on a positive note at the Giro di San Francisco, where I took 3rd place against some fantastic opponents. Despite the ups and downs that I experienced, I am so grateful for the opportunity to race and ride with such a fantastic community of athletes and friends.
I am looking forward to a relaxing off season, but plan to hit it hard again next season with my team, Dolce Vita Freewheel. I’m also looking forward to the annual Super Market Street Sweep to benefit the SF Food Bank. Cheers to more miles and more smiles!
