Rachel Critelli values her clients and does her utmost to provide the highest quality translations and customer service. Rachel Critelli personally translates each and every document by hand. One revision is included in the translations, and all client concerns will be addressed at that time. Revisions to the translation shall be specified within 30 working days of receipt of the initial translation.

Rachel is under no obligation to complete a translation assignment for a price quoted if the source document received is of a significantly different word count or subject matter. In the case that a source document is significantly different, a new quote will be provided to the customer. If new quote is unacceptable to the client, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

A 100% refund will be provided to the client in the event that any of the following situations occur:

  • The client terminates the contract prior to the start of the project
  • The translation is not delivered to the client within 2 days of the date specified in the accepted quote unless agreed upon by both parties
  • The deliverables are significantly different than what is specified on the accepted quote
  • The deliverables contain gross errors in translation, formatting, etc.
